Each year, Top Workplaces and The Houston Chronicle partner with Energage, an independent research company, to measure organizational health. Employees complete anonymous surveys about life at PS LIGHTWAVE including, employee benefits, company culture, access to training and development opportunities, career-growth potential and more. On November 17th, The Houston Chronicle listed 150 companies and organizations in Houston. PS LIGHTWAVE was ranked #56 in the small business category for 2019 and was one of only six Utilities & Telecommunications companies included.
