Our Network Operations Center (NOC) will continue monitoring and managing any network issues from our facilities; however, we are prepared with multiple back-up sites and options for effectively managing from anywhere should the need arise. Each of our network operation and field operations teams have assembled comprehensive plans to ensure that we continue to deliver the responsive, reliable service you depend upon in the coming weeks and months. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we will continue to assess our plans, and share any relevant updates, as needed.
