Emily Anderson joined PS Lightwave in August 2025 as Director of People and Culture, bringing over 15 years of strategic HR leadership across the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining PS Lightwave, she served as Director of Human Resources for a privately held company for 11 years. Her earlier career included multiple HR roles at Schlumberger, where she specialized in recruiting, employee relations, and global HR strategy for the Petrotechnical segment supporting over 5,000 employees.
Emily is passionate about building strong, people-centered cultures and has consistently partnered with executive leadership to drive impactful results in organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. She is excited to bring her experience and energy to PS Lightwave, and is committed to being a kind and helpful resource to the company’s incredible team.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Arts in Human Communications Studies from the University of Denver.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband Nick and their three children. She loves exercising, reading, and pretending she can cook.
