Rhonda Cumming, President/CEO
Rhonda Cumming founded PS LIGHTWAVE in 2010, building an organization with a clear vision and strongly aligned management team and staff. She is experienced in overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including strategic planning, financial planning, staff growth and development, legal and contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, call center operations, risk management, and IT project management. She has initiated, reviewed and overseen numerous generations of innovation, including technical hardware, network management, and CRM software platforms to create a more efficient and scalable organization. Prior to founding PS LIGHTWAVE, Ms. Cumming joined Phonoscope Enterprises Group, as one of four staff members in 1979, serving as president for 23 years beginning in 1991. She was instrumental in building the cable television division that was sold in 1997 and led the effort to redesign business process, policy and strategy for realigning the focus of the business.
David Caddle, Chief Revenue Officer
David Caddle joined PS LIGHTWAVE as COO in 2014 and in 2016 transitioned into the role of Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining PS LIGHTWAVE’s leadership team, Mr. Caddle was Vice President of Operations for Phonoscope Enterprise Group beginning in 2004 and Project Manager for Phonoscope Enterprise Group from 1994 until 2004. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in the Greater Houston area, Mr. Caddle has worked closely with municipalities, government entities, school districts and public sector organizations for decades, cultivating strong relationships and gaining a vast breadth of knowledge that he shares with PS LIGHTWAVE customers. His careful, detail-oriented nature makes him naturally adept in the areas of contract review, RFP creation and public sector regulatory oversight.
Dawne Meijer, Vice President of Finance and Administration
With over 20 years of experience in progressive financial management roles within technology services, Dawne joined PS LIGHTWAVE in 2012 as Vice President of Finance and Administration. In her previous position she was Senior Manager of Finance for CompuCom Systems. For 3 years, Dawne was the Divisional Controller for the CompuCom Mexico business unit. For 11 years with predecessor company, Getronics, Dawne was in a variety of advancing financial leadership roles in service delivery for the North America Enterprise Service Centers. Prior to joining CompuCom, Dawne worked in financial planning and analysis at St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System and as a staff accountant at Deloitte.
Dan Wickersham, Vice President of Strategic Business Development
Dan Wickersham joined the Leadership Team of PS LIGHTWAVE as Vice President of Strategic Business Development in 2014. With over 40 years of experience in telecommunications and information management in the disciplines of sales and management, Mr. Wickersham was President and COO of Kastle Security Systems, WorldPort Communications and GlobalNet International. Prior to joining PS LIGHTWAVE full-time, Mr. Wickersham served as a consultant for the Phonoscope family of businesses since 2003, he was City Manager for AT&T Communications and Director for Sprint Communications.
Kurt Rushe, Director of People and Culture
Kurt Rushe was promoted to the role of Director of People and Culture in December, 2015, after joining the leadership team of PS LIGHTWAVE as Network Operations Center Manager in 2014. Mr. Rushe served as Network Operations Center Manager in the Phonoscope Enterprise Group since 2002. Before joining Phonoscope, Mr. Rushe worked in Operations at United Parcel Service (UPS) for 15 years and was a Project Manager with National Supply Company for 7 years prior.
John Lambert, Vice President of Operations
John Lambert, a Texas native, joined PS LIGHTWAVE as VP of Operations in 2017 following two and a half years as Vice President of Technical Operations for enTouch Systems, a Houston-based telephone and cable provider. While at enTouch, Mr. Lambert completed a successful network upgrade, which doubled network bandwidth capacity. In addition, he instituted internal procedures to improve the customer experience through faster installations and repairs.
Robert Jacobs, Network Architect Director
Robert Jacobs joined PS LIGHTWAVE as Network Architect Director in 2014. Prior to joining the Leadership Team at LIGHTWAVE, Robert worked at Phonoscope Enterprise Group as Network Director since 1998. With a background in communications, deep knowledge of networking and hands-on experience, he brings a fresh approach to the evolving world of telecommunications and broadband services.
Swen Wulf, Network Architect & Security Manager
Swen Wulf joined PS LIGHTWAVE as Network Architect and Security Manager in 2014 after working in the Phonoscope Enterprise Group as Network Security Manager since 2002. With over 20 years in the IT world, Swen has extensive experience and knowledge of IP networks. Having worked at Solid Systems and Network Oil, Swen knows both sides of the Information Technology relationship and has a personal understanding how important it is that the customers’ servers are running and their network is secure.
Marc Krasney, Vice President and General Counsel
Marc Krasney joined the leadership team of PS LIGHTWAVE as Vice President and General Counsel in May of 2015. He currently serves as Board Member and Secretary to PS LIGHTWAVE. Prior to joining the LIGHTWAVE team full-time, Mr. Krasney served as outside counsel for Phonoscope Enterprise Group since 2007.
Before joining PS LIGHTWAVE, he specialized in business litigation and transactions. While in private practice, he focused on enforcing and defending employment contracts and covenants not to compete. Mr. Krasney has argued two cases to the Court of Appeals in an attempt to change and/or clarify unsettled law.
Jermaine Moore, Network Operations Center Manager
Jermaine Moore was promoted to the position of Network Operations Center Manager in December of 2015. He joined PS LIGHTWAVE in December of 2014 as NOC Supervisor, bringing more than 15 years of field experience to the position. Previously, Mr. Moore was NOC Supervisor for Phonoscope Enterprises Group from 2011 to 2014, Technical Hardware Analyst from 2007 to 2011 and held the position of IT Associate from 2005 to 2007. Prior to joining Phonoscope Enterprises Group, Mr. Moore attended Maritime Institute Inc. in San Diego, California, where he completed training as an Electro-Technical Officer (ETO). Afterwards, he held the ETO position as a civilian aboard the merchant ship, The Raider, from 2000 to 2005.
Carl Schaeper, CRM/Database Administrator
Carl Schaeper joined PS LIGHTWAVE as CRM/Database Administrator in 2014. From 2006 to 2014, Mr. Schaeper worked for Phonoscope Enterprise Group, first in document management then administering software systems for Cable TV, Accounting, and IPTV. He also launched the company’s first Microsoft-based CRM solution to manage contract and sales data.
